Construction Project Admin Asst
Los Altos, CA
Perform administrative duties and direct support for office staff and crew. Answer phones and help manage calls. Schedule off-site construction projects; assist with company insurance renewals and claims; assist with company employee benefits (annual healthcare open-enrollment); manage employee personnel files, badging and background checks requirements for off-site projects; filing, AP / AR utilizing Quick Books and Administration of subcontract agreements, i.e., (insurance requests, change orders, OCIP/CCIP enrollments, close-out warranties). Arrange hotel accommodations for out-of-town projects. Prepare Public Works, Certified Payroll Reports and compliance docs. Purchase materials, supplies and equipment as required for projects; arrange equipment rentals if needed for offsite projects. Strong organizational skills with a " can do" attitude and self starter. Bilingual Spanish a plus.
