Spectra is a recruiting firm and is currently hiring for an experienced admin. Our client is a commercial/non-commercial distributor of construction products. The hours for this position are Monday through Friday 8am -5pm with possible overtime. This person will be responsible for all administrative/clerical duties and it is a Temp to hire position. 
Qualified candidates should have the following experience: 
-Data Entry 
-Customer Service 
-Be able to perform sales/orders 
-Bilingual is a plus 
-Basic Math Skills 
-Writing orders/ Quotes 
-Cash Handling 
-Attention to Detail 

- Ability to pass drug screen and background check 

- Ability to lift 50+ lbs 

- Pay is dependent on experience and ability
